A sheer softens the daylight; a lined drape or blackout gives privacy, heat control and sleep. Bedrooms usually take blackout lining; living rooms and majlis pair a sheer with a jacquard drape.

Curtains are made at a generous two to two-and-a-half times fullness in our Al Qusais workshop, then installed by our own team across the UAE.
As a guide, made-to-measure curtains in Dubai typically range from AED 250 to AED 900+ per square metre of finished curtain, depending on fabric, lining, heading and whether the track is manual or motorised. A large living-room window with sheers and lined drapes commonly runs AED 3,000-9,000; motorisation adds to this. We quote per window after measuring.

Most Dubai rooms benefit from both, layered on a double track: a sheer to soften the strong daylight during the day, and a heavier drape or blackout lining for privacy, heat control and sleep at night. Bedrooms almost always want blackout lining; living rooms and majlis often use sheer plus a decorative jacquard drape.
Yes. We supply, make and install motorised curtain systems with our own fabrics. Wired motors are the most reliable choice for main rooms; battery or solar-assisted motors suit retrofits. Plan power at the track ends before ceilings are closed. Motorisation typically adds about AED 1,200-3,500 per track.
Direct Gulf sun can fade any textile over time. Polyester and solution-dyed fabrics resist fading far better than natural silk or cotton, which is why our curtain collections are woven in high-quality polyester. A sheer layer and a proper lining also protect the main drape.
